Typhoon Ferri wins MTV award and gives away CDs
The Rock/Funk band from Boston, MA is pushing their dance-able groove rock around the globe and wants your help spreading the word. MTV calls them the best unsigned rock/funk band in March of 2000, and The Boston Globe reported that their MP3 song “Infamous” was the most heavily downloaded song at their website in February. The band is offering a free CD only available to people from the Tape Trading Network (and locals in the Boston area). We are looking for interesting images like to one to the left to display on the TTN. The images must be non-copyrighted or you must hold the copyright. If you have something cool that you want to share with users of the TTN, send it attached to an email message to [email protected] We cannot promise that we will use everything that people send, but we would certainly appreciate it if you would give us the chance to consider it for inclusion.
